Preventative Maintenance Program :: 15/5

Why it is important to maintain your heating & cooling equipment?

Moore Heating believes in the quality of the products we sell and find that by maintaining that product, the more efficiently the product will run. Moore provides our customers with a convenient program that can fit anyone's schedule.

The 15-5 program was created for 3 primary reasons:

  1. To help educate our customers that annual maintenance is as effective in the spring as in the fall.
  2. To offer our customers the benefit of a discount during our slow time.
  3. To help even out our service season in order to accommodate our customers more efficiently.

When do I schedule?

To become activated on the 15-5 plans, you simply need to have your annual maintenance done between February 1st and July 31st. You may choose the month of service unless a month requested is booked up at which point we will let you know what months are available.

How does the discount work?

When you schedule in the discount season (February 1st - July 31st) you receive a 15% discount on your annual maintenance. Once you have been activated on 15-5 then you also qualify for a 10% discount on other preventative maintenance scheduled in our busy season (August 1st - January 31st). Plus, if the need should arise you receive a 5% discount on any additional work, including, Duct Cleaning, Emergency calls, Parts, or Installation.
